My husband and I are having some really nice upscale condos built in the  Grand Prairie, TX. area, and we had some colleagues refer  "Ironwood Connection" to us.  After first going online to check them out, we were so impressed we went in ourselves to see what we could find...  Absolutely breathtaking stairway kits, and so easy to assemble...  The hardest part was deciding on which design to go with!!!  Awesome Customer Service, and Extremely Affordable....  We were Completely satisfied, when everything was finished!!!

Excellence at its Best! These professionals take remodeling to a whole other level. Every job is unique & customized to your liking.. They really took the time to get to know what i wanted and Perfected it in a timely manor. They really provided me with quality customer service and gave me a masterpiece! 100% Recommended!

Excellent  service. They did excellent job. They are very professional and they just exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great. The price was extremely affordable. I also found they are very fast. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I couldn't be happier with this company.  My family was having our house remodled and they did a wonderful job with our stairways.  Their product is affordable but of great quality and the customer service is polite, really second to none.

Initially this company was great. Gerald(the sales guy and previous owner) was very experienced and knowledgeable. They were able to get us set up for our remodel within a week. We were SO excited! Fast forward to the day of...the workers are suppose to be there at 9am and they didn't show up until 11:15am and didn't get started until 11:30. 

Soon they started the demo but neglected to put down any drop cloths. So, my brand new carpet was dumped with drywall, drywall dust and bits of wood...and I mean A LOT. Midway through the day the lead guy(and the ONLY one that spoke English) left...and was gone for 3.5 hrs. He later showed up with his girl friend/wife. 

When they were finally done we looked over the project. There was black glue flowing out of the area where the wrought iron spindles went into the handrail. When we asked them(very kindly) if they could clean it up, they said that they weren't going to but we could pick it off when it dried if we wanted. Nice. 

The work crew also didn't bring ANYTHING to clean up the huge mess they made. Not a mop(to clean my tile that was CAKED with wet drywall dust) or even a vacuum cleaner! What professional remodeling crew doesn't bring anything to clean up their mess?! And then they asked to use my vacuum cleaner...which clogged up and over heated(it stopped working) in less than 5 minutes...that's how thick the drywall dust was on my brand new carpet. They left all that mess for us to clean up.

They also left a HUGE(15ft x 10ft) pile of demo debris in my front yard(in the grass!) for 6 DAYS! Each day I would call and see if they were going to come out and get it and each day they said they would...but they didn't show up until 6 days later. Needless to say, my grass was completely dead. 

No one called to see how we liked our remodel. So, I decided to call Gerald(the sales guy and previous owner) and tell him all that had happened and all he could say was, "Okay". Then he asked us if we wanted some other railings replaced. UMMMM NO WAY!

 3 weeks later I am still trying to get the drywall dust and debris out of my new carpet.

 I will NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
