They arrived on time, had all equipment and supplies needed to complete the job. They cleaned up the area and left our home in excellent condition. A job well done. After two years we had a seem shift developing a split. Mr. Tarbell had a repair crew out and repaired the split in a timely manner. We have enjoyed our siding and the comfort the added insulation has provided. An excellent product and service!

Over the years I have watched Precision's television commercials and finally decided to have them come out to price my Siding project. The lady that came out was punctual and professional. She answered all of my questions before presenting her price which was lower than I expected so I signed up. The work was completed within five weeks and they did a good job communicating with me during that time. The installers were punctual as well and did a great job. I asked the foreman to help me change out my old lights with new ones on the front of the home as they had to come off during the installation process and I wanted to update the look of my home, they look great. At the end the installers did a nice job cleaning up and left the property spotless. Just this morning my neighbor came over and asked me how much the Siding cost so I told her. I'm not sure if she will call Precision but if she does it's nice to know I was the one referred her.

The Marketing Director came out after we set up an appointment with a neighborhood canvas representative. We were very satisfied with the pricing we received and the quality of the windows and glass in the sample we were shown and once our windows were installed. Couldn't be happier with the installer Sean and his crew. Everyone was very professional. One of our windows came from the factory broken so they didnt bring it out to the house on the first trip. Once the replacement window arrived, about 1 week later, it was installed promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We couldn't be happier!

Did shoddy work. The salesman and the website both say "Lifetime transferable warranty" on the labor, but the back of the contract you sign says "2 year limited warranty" and they don't even honor that. They will dodge your calls, refuse to call you back, and never come out to fix it. They also overcharge. Do NOT do business with these people!

Worst place to work...and high priced basic windows..GET A SECOND OPINION don't work for GREG NASALROAD HE PAYS CAUCASIAN EMPLOYEES $13HOURLY AND AFRICAN AMERICAN EMPLOYEES $12HOURLY. BE PREPARED TO BE TALKED ABOUT PERIOD. NOBODY IS OVER THE COMPANY FAVORITE NEELAM AND THE TALK ABOUT YOU WITH NO CLASS OR DIGNITY THE PARTITIANS AREN'T HIGH ENOUGH TO NOT BE HEARD. BUT YOU WILL HEAR THE CALL CENTER MANAGERS PREVIOUS DRUG STORIES AND RUNS AS HE BEEN W THE COMANY 21 YEARS THEY obviously allow AMOUNG other horrid things at this COMPANY. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.
