mins top! Great place. I forgot I had some scissors in my purse so going through security took me a few minutes. There was a guy in front of me that took a little while checking in so I had to wait a few minutes longer to check in. I sat down I had two people in front of me that took a total of probably five to eight minutes so my total time tops was about 25 minutes maybe and that's because of the security I have scissors in my purse and the guy in front of me who took so long. But the staff was efficient and very fast I would totally recommend this place.

not helpful, and the appointment line was 45 min for an agent to come online and pretend she didn't hear you and hung up on you. that is just crazy!  You know something!!! You need to call back the number that appears on your caller id. people dont call you for vacations.  and it is rude to hang up on people. and we do live in the age of caller ID and you know your wait is too long. so spare me the BS you didn't hear me, you could have called back!!! your office is not helpful as well!

This number provided no help whatsoever. You can only listen to a recording telling you they offer no live help at this number. Useless.

As of last year, no IRS does tax preparation anymore, some kind of budget cuts.  
Only come here or other locations IF you have an appointment.   
Security is quick, so remember to leave anything related to the blue card in the car!
