Typical government ran, money waisting establishment. The employees like to sit there and do nothing instead of helping people! Good news is I hear they might close this office have fun finding a real job!

I had to wait over 30min for anyone to get my call. When I finally got a person to speak with, she barely helped and hung up at 5pm sharp. The audacity of the workers is unbelievable! I only wanted to make an appointment which would have taken less than 5min.

I was scammed recently and Miss Wallace handled it with me over the phone. She was very sweet and on top of everything! She gave me info to report the scam and a great peace of mind. Thank you, Miss Wallace!
