Miss Johnson was so sweet,calm,collected  and professional! My husband and I are traveling soon and we needed our passports. We've never been to a post office before nor applied for a passport so we were a little nervous. On top of that we were late for our appointment, but miss Johnson assured us it was okay and processed our info to get our passports! Thank you for much for everything!

I called in concern of the “mailman” skipping my house. There is days where I put mail to be sent out, and it is visible from the street, only for it to never be picked up. I didn’t receive any mail yesterday and I am expecting important things like medical cards. Sometimes my mail gets in my mailbox during night hours and that doesn’t sit right with me. I call to complain and was assured I would have mail today. It’s 4 pm and i still have no mail. I call again and the phone just rings and rings with no answer or voicemail.

There were 4 employees behind counter. I cannot answer or comment abt 3, however Clerk at far end was  nice , helpful and well mannered. Sad she had no name tag.

Had the same bad experience as many of the comments, for months I have had issues with our mail CARRIERS, I called to complain 3 different times spoke to the so-called manager, who was RUDE, basically called me a lier, about what I was complaining about and had the audacity to hang up on me. Hmmm these are the kind of people we have working in our government offices guess this explains a lot! Hmmm

This star is here because had to put to leave comment they have the worst customer service don't bother going in they won't do anything anyway and won't have answers to your questions it's bs that half the people there still have there jobs  jobs they don't even do lol
