If I could leave a negative star I would.  First off this place doesn't have their records set up where we can access them on the Dallas County website (the Fort Worth JP courts do).  Furthermore, I never received the hearing notice that they said was mailed.  Seems to me that the process there allows for the possibility of mishaps. She's known as the eviction judge.  Definitely not someone I trust with my legal stuff.

My second time here at Irving's JP Courts building. First time I picked up forms to file in Small Claims Court. The second time I came in to review the paperwork and file the Complaint.  Both times the Clerks were very polite and helpful...  It gets busy and noisy here, come early to do business.

not a good judge at all had a neg attitude she was no help How did she ever become a judge? STAY AWAY!!!

Judge Hubener married my daughter and she was great! Very personable and you can tell she loves her job! In the few minutes we were in her court, she left a lasting impression with me!
