The operator was rude. Where? Ask for the address if that’s what you want. Don’t be having an attitude! People are calling because something bad happen. Have some compassion! Got a phone call back and she left a voicemail where I couldn’t make out the call back number. Do they do that on person so people don’t call back?!!!! Seriously had to replay over 10 times to get the number and when I finally make out the number and call back, the person picking up the call is rude! It’s all about tone. Again have some compassion people! People have high emotions during these situations and your response makes a difference. So glad the new government is trying to get rid of these miserable workers that should be more appreciative of their jobs!

Well I have met quite a few of the officers in this area and most seem fairly nice but earlier today I watched a K-9 offer make several unsignal turns, Lane changes, speed without his emergency lights, and run a red light then proceeded to follow behind a single car for almost several minutes before turning his lights on after the gentleman made unSignal Lane change. I think some of our police officers need to take the driving school again if they are going to pull people over for the same things that they are doing what is the point. they are here to protect and serve us not put us In Harm's Way and then get mad at us for doing the exact same thing.

Poor service, they are very slow to attend in the station.

I have had few interactions with the Irving Police department but for those that I have they have been very timely and responsive.
