Bottom line up front: great results on my shoes, I'm very impressed. 

I considered sending my Allen Edmonds shoes back to their factory for recrafting, but decided to give the local cobbler a shot instead; I am not disappointed! These expensive and well made shoes are my daily wear and I'm on my feet all day, so I wanted them to look and feel great. But, after several years my soles were completely worn out and cracked, heels coming loose and really in bad shape. Irving's made my shoes look brand new again! Pricing on a full resole with heels was exactly what I had expected. Welting was replaced as part of the resole, and he polished the shoes up as well. Definitely recommend Irving's for your shoe repairs.

Great place, been coming here for years for their cobbler services.  My shoes typically get resoled, etc. and shined and look like new!  I've done several pairs more than once.  Saves a ton of $$$, well worth it.  Extremely pleasant person to work with.

This is the best shoe store i have ever been too. I started going here through word of mouth, my son needed a pair of walking shoes. I went in, told the man what i was looking for. (they have an adorable little play section for the kids, which helps tremendously) He measured my son's foot and put the shoes on his feet. Within a matter of minutes, we were being check out. It was fabulous with a small child who doesn't like to be in one spot for too long (the toys helped). After five pair of shoes, we still are very loyal customers. It's worth the drive!!!
