Not too happy with lady who sold me shoes with a crooked tongue. I also told her that I cannot wear high shoes, which those are, and she said it would take time to get used to them. I told her before that I have hardware in my cervical and have a straight neck. I do not have a curve like most people, and heels push up on my skull. I woke up in the night with grinding in my neck bones and arms were pins and needles and numb all the way down to my hands. Richard the owner was not very understanding either when I spoke with him today. I told him the tongue in the left shoe was crooked, he said "I doubt that anything is wrong with the shoe." They are very expensive for what you get. And no, they are not good if you need a soft inner insole. I was told that they are for Peripheral Neuropathy as well as diabetics. Well, my feet and legs flared up from the hard insole and the cost of $140.00 on sale? Really too much money for those shoes, and poor service. They are all about themselves. People like that, I can do without. Bless them but they are NOT about their customers.

I've probably spent about $1000 on shoes at this location through the years but have never  been a big fan of the staff. 
Some are better than others but there is always a tinge of condescending and aloofness.  
My final straw came today as I was returning a pair of shoes. I did eventually get my refund but the salesperson kept arguing I had worn the shoes (I had not). Her whole demeanor was very unpleasant to the point of not even saying goodbye when I left. 
I will not be returning to this store. 
I gave them 2 stars only because of the quality of their shoes. They are great shoes, although very expensive, but worth it. I will now patronize other locations or shop online. 
Very disappointed that a business would treat their long time customers in such a manner.

I have had excellent support from this particular store in helping me to find the right shoe and the right fit ~ I highly recommend this store, and the shoes themselves!

I had to put the one star so that I can make a comment....the quality of the shoes are great, but the gentleman who works there is soooo rude. Everytime I go in there I get some sarcastic or rude comment from someone! This time the gentleman asked me if I was buying anything that day, and I told him that I was only looking to see so that by next week I can figure out what I need to budget and get it next week...he said to me and the other worker, "She's not buying anything today, so YOU can wait until you're ready to buy and try on all the ones you'd like!" Then, he had the audacity to say, "Don't put anything back (in the shelves) , we'll put it back where they belong." Yeah, it was pretty bad...I wish I could write more,but the flashbacks are upsetting me!  Lol...
