Exceptional service!! They stayed open and waited for our ferry even though all we needed to rent was a trailer for our kid. Another staff member offered me local information and a map on how to get the best views of Speiden Island. These guys are totally awesome.

Had a brake problem while visiting the island. They worked on my bike within an hour, and while the fix didn't actually work, they made good on the transaction. Very nice folks who stand behind their work.

Paul, Chuck and company over the years have been my full-service local bike shop, and what a shop! I trust them with everything - even picking out, mounting and sending me studded tires to fit my mountain bike while I was living for a year in Alaska. Paul has been SO helpful over the years. I can't rave more. (Note to off-island visitors - the shop is CRAZY BUSY in the summer months - and the three of them in the shop pretty much don't get a day off all summer. (Not one day!)  Cut them a bit of slack if they seem harried. Because they ARE. They're doing their best!)
