I just had a very disappointing experience as I was able to make it to the bike shop right at closing and much to my suprise instead of offering any assistance I was informed that they were closing.  I scrambled to get there in hopes of purchasing a part to fix my sons mountain bike so he could take it back to school with him this evening.   Being in retail/customer service for over 25 years it's always been the customer first which at times meant staying after closing but I never turned a customer away because the sign on the door said we close at a certain time.  I have always believed in Customer first mentality and making sure they were taken care of.  I would understand if I was just looking but I had the part in my hand that I needed and still received nothing but a we're closing.  I even informed the assistant whomever it was I was speaking to that the sign was still on saying OPEN , there were bikes still outside and the front door was wide open so I must have come across as just there to look.  Business must be really doing well when you have someone there the purchase and kind of an emergency yet they turn me away.  Just wanted those to know make sure you get there well before closing if your needing assistance....

Fair prices and a very friendly and helpful staff, can't ask for more from your local bike shop, highly recommended if you live in the area or traveling through.

I haven't used them for bicycle repair yet so I can't comment much on that. But I did go in needing a single screw for my bike cleat. They gave it to me for free, rather than charging $5 like some shops do. I think that's the right move to get loyalty and a 5 star review.
