Good for camping,  decent bathrooms/showers.

We love this fair! Small and friendly. Easy to park, easy to find your way around. LOTS of food choices, including the usual fair faves as well as some healthy options like salad and baked potato bar. Very kid friendly, there's even a diaper changing and breastfeeding booth. Performers include musicians and giant bubble blowers. Lots of interactive and educational stations like getting to make a clay pot on a pottery wheel, or spinning a question wheel at the EMS booth. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that there was no Ferris wheel this year, and the carnies are creepy, but maybe that's not their fault.

This is a wonderful fair,a real old fashioned type fair that hasn't stopped being a place to enjoy with family and friends. Many other local fairs have gotten so commercial, that people don't see all the wonderment of what others have created and are doing. The grounds are laid out in a way that one can enjoy all aspects of the fair, without getting exhausted from having to "hike" all over. Lot's of great food and entertainment make it extra fun. I would like to see the schedule and admission prices posted on the Whidbey Island fair website, and that is one of the only changes I would like to see made,other than more adult art and craft entries that is. This fair is truly one not to miss!  I certainly won't miss it!

We went to the fair to see the animal exhibits and enjoyed what we saw very much.  This is not nearly as good a fair destination as the Lynden or Evergreen Fairs but if you are on Whidbey Island when the Langley Fair is on it is well worth a stop.
