I wish I could give less than 1 star because this was the most unprofessional experience. I contacted the salon to make an appointment. I was given a 12pm appointment for 6/17. I was told I'd need to send the picture of the style so she can let me know what kind of hair to buy. I never got a response. I had to reach out to the morning of. After that I received a text to change my appointment time since someone else was running late. Which I think was ridiculous. I needed my hair done so I said fine. On my way there I get another text to change the time. 🙄🤦🏾‍♀️  At that point I said I couldn't do another change in time and I was told to just come in. I get to the location listed and guess what they're no longer at that address and I was never told! I call and she says oh I've moved I didn't send you the address I will send it now. Really?!!?! I just texted her back and said I won't be coming. She had the nerve to tell me that if I was going to cancel I should have done so early. No I was given the run around so that's why I cancelled!! I don't recommend yougoing here unless you've cleared your whole day and want to be at her mercy. Word of advice, if someone is late for their appointment you should have them reschedule. Everyone else should not have to rearrange their time and schedule.

I seriously dont understand how she only has one review. This lady has Jah running through her fingertips! AMAZING WORK!
