I've never written a negative review. Always compliment businesses, restaurants, etc. when I appreciate quality and exceptional customer service. But my suggestion is to stay away from Island Motors. I made an appointment a week out. I arrived and the owner greeted me by saying he could not get to the work. I said why didn't you at least give me the courtesy of a call so I can plan my day. Robert's reply, take the car elsewhere. Rude. Unappreciative. And, I might add, in the past he did incorrectly diagnose a problem. I got a second opinion, which resolved the problem for little cost. Had I move forward with Island Motors he would have charged $900 for work that was unnecessary.

Robert can fix anything.  He is thoughtful and efficient.  I am lucky to have island motors so close to me.
