HORRIBLE SERVICE! Never got a chance to try the food because no one waited on us. We sat down cleared our own table. After about 5 minutes someone brought us a menu. We ended up going to the bar to order our own drinks. That took 10 minutes. We sat down and waited. Finished our drinks and left. We were there almost 45 minutes and had no contact with the staff other than the overworked bartender and the lady who dropped the menus on our table. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!! Wish I could give zero stars!

booked VIP for a birthday paid days in advance, get there Saturday night paid to get in when we was told 2 free but they only let 1. ...had to search high and low for a promoter to get our VIP section who took us to an area with people already sitting in it. the promoter supposedly leaves to go get our bottle and food set up while the people in the section are communicating that they don't understand what's happening cuz they paid for the entire VIP. then a host tries to say we were supposed to be there by 10 uhmmmm No we were not told we had to get there by a specific time, we paid in advance and came in about 10:45 after having to look for a parking spot for a good 20 minutes. come to find out they over booked the VIP which is horrible. then tried to offer us a pool table covered with a table cloth and 2 bottles. sorry but for 300 that does not do. we ask for a refund. they should of gave us back our entry fee too but I was so ready to go and so was my party. very bad business, I will not return. They also have a no gym shoe policy which they don't follow as the people who were in the VIP that we booked some had on gym shoes. it really seemed like quality service was not priority but making a buck was.

I would like to express how displeased i was with the establishment. i came from out of town on a recommendation. i stood for an hour every table was reserved and i stood by the bar to order food and a drink, there was one bartender who asked my sister and i if we wanted sobering after standing there for20 minutes. she was very nice. the last at the door was attempting to be accommodating. the rest of the staff was rude, dismissive, And really unprofessional. it was 9pm i could understand if it was later. i paid 20 dollars for my sister and i to get in for nothing couldn't eat couldn't drink. please from a visitor prospective remedy this issue. it has the potential to be a great business but the managementis horrible and the staff should be more professional.

Real simple place, chill atmosphere and everyone was really nice. I wish I could give it 5 stars but the drink prices are extremely high and some of the food prices could be decreased as well.

I made reservations for 16 people to celebrate my birthday. They did nothing for me. I had to put tables and chairs together. Still wasn't enough seats for my guess. My guess was seating in different places, that was not good for business
