I make evey attempt to support local African American bars and give fair reviews and often encourage many to stop by and spend

This ISNT THAT PLACE 
1) Poor management as a manger od a sportsbar/club you must walk through the establishment to seewhat needs to be fixed,corrected and adjusted...NONE OFTJAT WAS DONE ....YOU had a bae filled with dirty cups and glasses cause there was no bust person tp clean up

2) in a HOT pact to compacity bar with 3 bar maids you 2 registers

3)ANYONE can pour a drink .(that do not make you a bartender) ..YOUMUST BE ABLE TO mix drinks, take multiple orderd at once,No jow NOT to make a watered down drink when using a shor glass to measure pour...YOU MUST SMILE when engaging customers.....your tips are based on that ...

4)The mgr did turn on A/C but why wait until 1am when ita been a sweat box since 10pm and many people were leaving vause it was too hott

Train your staff to be professional they REPRESENT YOU!! 
If your goin to play the television dont have EAPN on one Tv amd MINISTRY /Church on the one next to it!! (for 2 hrs)AGAIN MANAGEMENT NOT WALKING AROUNG ENOUGH
