Miss Melody the manager at i-storage was very patient, understanding, and generous conducting business with storage and uhaul facilities.  Provided great service and recommend this place to Hinesville residents and Fort Stewart soldiers.  I am currently ets'ing after 5 years serving with 3ID 1-30IN  and this is a very military friendly business!  They have military discounts too!

Great on site management team at this location. The business has changed since I've started renting from here and it isn't the greatest, but the team is what keeps me here.

Great prices, very helpful staff. I had a very pleasant visit. I currently have 2 units and if I find the need to get another, I would stay with these guys. I think they need military discounts. You can't be that close to a major military base without some sort of discount. Other than that, great location, clean units and awesome staff.

Great friendly facility, love the renovations, a lot neater,  Melody was awesome, I recently called her about a friend who needed a u haul last minute, she went above and beyond to make it happen!!! 
My only complaint is when I first rented I was told about the referral plan I have referred a couple people and they ended up becoming customers, then I was told you no longer offered the referral credit.  Would be nice to at least get the credit I was offered. Ty
