Great customer service.  The staff were very patient,  and took the time to explain everything to me.  This was my first time doing storage,  so they helped put me at ease.  Brittany was amazing and very helpful with getting me situated.  I had a lot of questions,  and everyone was helpful with answering them. I would definitely recommend them for storage use.

I had a great experience on two occassions, when I opened my account and when I closed my account.  I recently relocated to Hinesville and needed a reliable storage company to safely store my items.  Happy I made the right choice! When I decided to move out and close my account I called and gave the Asst. Manager my move out date, which I completed my move out on the date I selected but after hrs! Which was a problem because I wasnt able to turn the keys in! The Manager was awesome when I came in and explain my situation he helped resolved my problem and I accured no charges! I moved out on March 31st but wasnt able to turn keys in until April 2nd!  I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a good customer service storage facility. Tell'em Mary Smith sent u!

I had a great experience  with the Stop -n- stor self -Storage centers on Kacey Dr. Hinesville .  The staff (Gerald) was extremely professional, courteous, and well knowable of his job.  The facility has 24 hrs. surveillance with key pad access, affordable, great location, and  extremely well maintained. I will recommend this facility to everyone because they are about ensuring  that you have a great  experience with them.
