Absolutely horrible service. Took them 20 minutes to make my one drink. The staff spends more time gossiping with each other or staring at the TV or checking their cellphones. I guess the owner does not mind paying the staff to goof off while on the clock. Mind you I counted 7 employees behind the counter doing NOTHING but chit chat or check their phones oblivious to customers who pay their wages.

Omg I never thought I will give any place 1 star! But the customer service really disappoints me this time. If I prefer to order a drink in Chinese, I expect to be understood since all the signages have Chinese written on them. If you do not understand the language, you should understand my finger pointing at the menu in front of you! And if you really really don't understand, just have someone who does come over and take my order! I'm a regular at this place and I never had any problem before. The drinks are decent at a higher price point and I do expect a on point service at the very least.... But not this time! I simply wanna order my drink and leave happily, is it really that difficult?! Paying $5 for a drink with a long wait and bad customer service experience?... I should start considering alternatives near by I guess.

Good service depending on who the cashier is... overall, pretty good drinks offered here.
