Cool diner that in my opinion far surpasses Denny's and ihop in terms of quality and portions. The entrees are almost identical to any other breakfast diner, so nothing really special in terms of particular dishes. However, as I said previously, the quality of the food and the large portions really make up for any lack of originality. The two reasons I'm not giving five stars is the parking lot is tiny that I can almost guarantee that you will need to pay for parking on the street. Additionally this place is always packed! I've never actually had to wait for a table but it's always loud and the wait staff moves very fast in order to keep up with increasing demand so it's difficult to flag them down.

This place is great. Great service and the biscuits are surprisingly delicious. Usually the biscuits in California are too hard but it’s soft and fluffy here. When you get bacon and avocado in your omelet, they’re so generous with the portions.

Was looking for a quick bite with my family the other night and we fell into to place. We were in town for a wedding and were all over high priced places but still wanted good food. We were all pleasantly surprised. I had a bite of everyones dish. The prime rib and fried chicken dishes were awesome.

Pretty good food, strong coffee, service can be hit or miss. Lines can be long on weekends. The gentleman who seats people-the manager maybe? He's funny and always smiling. I ask for well done omelets because they are often runny in the middle, but we'll done makes it much better. The place definitely needs a huge deep clean. Like if the doors stayed open dust and dirt would blow all over your food. I'd give it a 5 if it was clean. It's your quintessential hometown greasy spoon.
