I recently hired Ivan to paint my house. It could not have been a better experience.Ivan has a phenomenal crew. Hard workers, prompt, polite, and very cautious to cover everything. There wasn’t a drop of paint on anything.When done the crew cleaned up, swept around the house and put my outdoor furniture in place. I couldn’t be more pleased. Ivan is an honest business man and I totally enjoyed this experience . I highly recommend Ivan and his crew. Best contractor I have ever dealt with. Will definitely hire him again.

“My March, 2014 review can be stated more strongly now that it's been 6 years since Ivan and crew painted our stucco exterior in 2011. Prior to painting we had dozens of cracks in the stucco. Now, no cracks are visible, and the exterior looks as good as it did right after painting. I recently read the 5-star ratings that Ivan earned. Common threads appear to be: *Integrity, *Quality, *Durability *Value ... the same as our experience. Knowing what I know about Ivan, I fully expect his 5-star ratings to continue.”

Ivan's Painting did an outstanding job for us. His quote was thorough as he explained options and process. Painters were on time and cleaned up their mess. The final results exceeded our expectations. Note that after an internet and Better Business search, we obtained 5 quotes. Ivan's was slightly higher than our second choice painting company as quality was our highest priority. We highly recommend Ivan's painting.

Very professional, high quality work, and cares about the customer. My husband and I have had two homes painted by Ivan. Both homes had the complete interior painted and one home the exterior as well. The quality of work has been exceptional. Ivan takes the time to make sure the customer is completely satisfied along with sense of integrity. We would highly recommend this company.

Ivan and his team did an excellent job at painting my home. Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. Ivan was very professional honest and polite. The job was done exactly on time. I will highly recommend Ivan's Residential Painting to anyone!! I couldn't thank Ivan and his team enough!! Thank you so very much!!
