Paint Kings have mixed reviews.  Not by us.  They were fabulous under the worst conditions.  Our three-man crew was timely, professional, and skilled.  Great attention to detail, even critiqued one another as the job was progressing.  Finished on time - on budget ,and guests remark at the quality.  A fine company.  A great experience. We'll use them again, without question.

I hired Paint Kings because their price was the best, the paint job wasn't. 
The contract says  that the house would be prepped prior to painting ( if needed ).....I guess the painters felt prepping the house wasn't needed.
I thought it did and if I had known this I would have prepped my house the proper way, some things were painted that should not have been painted and I'm finding more discrepancies now that they have finished.
I feel that the job was done quickly and hastely so the painters could go on to the next job.
I would have taken more pride in my work had I done it myself.

I called last week to ask them to look over two painting jobs (interior) in my Marana home. I'm out of state. They said they'd stop by last Friday at 2pm.Paint Kings said to expect an emailed quote by Monday 20 FEB. 

I checked in with my tenant and he said he was fine with the service visit. I have still not received a quote. I called the number and got a person who kicked me to voicemail.

Is this what counts as good service these days? I'm not impressed. I call this bad service.

UPDATE: I'm moving this to 3 stars because one of the principals or owners called me and discussed the quote. I'm going to give them a shot and post a final score when the work is done and reviewed.

Final update. Work was done well. Moved to 3.5 stars.

It’s been a year and I still get a sick feeling every time I see this company around 🤢

I was told the ceilings would be sprayed & the walls rolled... everything was sprayed, including my cabinets 😧 I was told it was an over spray & would wipe off... No one cleaned up, I had to ‘scrub’ the over spray off myself❗️

The gentleman that came out to do my appraisal was absolutely wonderful... 

Warning ⚠️ you’ll never see him again.

No one over saw the work at my home 🏠 an area manager came by a week after the job was done ✅ I use the word ‘done’ very loosely... the area manager left touch up paint at my front door, he never came in to see the workmanship... this despite my complaint of overspray and uneven coverage.

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau 📄 who encouraged me to reach out to Paint Kings again... in doing so, I was given empty promises and received no follow through 👎🏽  I finally opted to wash my hands of any doings with them & walked away.

Great experience  from getting a quote thru the finished product of the exterior painting of my  house. Great price, wonderful  finished product, and job was completed in one day... I had the best two guys[I Think] from the company, doing my paint  job. Scott O. And Adam,they were wonderful and took GREAT pride in their work.. They deserve an Award and Recognition..[as well as a pay raise].. I will definitely  use these guys again as well as recommended  the company  to everyone.. Thank you Paint Kings and especially  Scott O
 And Adam,you guys are the BEST.
