This is must visit establishment. Every time I visit Santa Cruz, going to Iveta is a daily ritual. Seldom do I find a place with so many things that work. The staff is always a delight, the coffee (black) is perfect, there is nothing in the pastry case or on the menu that I have not enjoyed. Their store goods are always fun to peruse. I loved the colored pottery measuring cups which bring a smile when I use them in my kitchen. So Bravo! and Thank you! Jeffrey

This is a lovely space, both inside and out. The food, the service, the coffee, the tea, the relaxing environment, everything was perfect. For example, I ate a flaxseed bar. It's healthy, therefore it's supposed to taste like a piece of cardboard. Right? Well, at least that's what I thought it was going to taste like, but it was scrumptious!

Absolutely atrocious service and customer rapport every time I have gone in to order from the food bar, one expects professional service at a restaurant and the workforce is not trained in such "consumer directed" service. While the food bar has poor service, the cafe has good service. At the food bar, there were three people behind the counter, but apparently the cashier had gone to the toilet, so none of the 3 people behind the counter could take my order, despite one of them doing absolutely nothing at the time. Simple solution -- if the cashier goes to the toilet, then someone else should take over the cashier so clients do not stack up. Manager train your workers properly. Please take your job seriously and maybe you have a hope of persisting as an establishment.

Tasty place for breakfast or lunch on the Westside. The scones and biscuits are top notch. The soft egg on chili biscuits makes for a perfect morning meal.
