Ivy Preparatory Academy had the right idea when they started their mission. However, over the past few years it has gone downhill. I hope to see them get better if or when they reopen in 2019. The children that attend this school as of 2018 do not deserve the title "scholars", according to the interim principal. My cousin attended this school for a short amount of time, but my aunt pulled her out. My cousin constantly complained about the inappropriate behavior of the students there, as well as the disrespect the teachers regarded the scholars with. I suppose their could be some benefits to having a adolescent girl attend this school, but I believe there are more cons than pros.

Ivy Preparatory Academy has gone downhill. It seemed like such a good school for someone's daughter to attend. Unfortunately, this is no longer true. Recently, there has been a lot of drama going on, and the current staff are not doing their job to prevent it. The school counselor does not do her job well, and neither do the many of the teachers. The rules the school has set in place are irrational and useless. Many of the teachers act like they are on some sort of "power trip", and they make the girls feel stupid and not at all cared for. Overall, I don't think Ivy Prep deserves to be reopened for the 2019-2020 school year. I think they should just close down the Gwinnett school instead. It is definitely not what it used to be, and I don't think it ever will be again.

My experience was great as a current student at ivy prep academy! But the thing is when you come in some eyes at you but it's fine. At the second week of school you get like 10 friends to hangout and you can trust!

this school is very crappy and it is broke. It has the worst teachers and they are very rude. But the people are nice.

this school is pretty much sad and stupid. The food is barely edible. My daughter got food poisoning. She witnessed making out in the bathroom,she was never ment to see such vulgarities. She spanish teacher gave her a project, lost the work, and said my daughter didn't do anything! Phones get stolen almost every two weeks! There is a cracked window on the second floor. There are so many windows, what if there was a tornado, or a shooting? They refuse to fire the terrible teachers, and all the wonderful teachers were fired. The janitors are so lazy. There isn't even a nurse!
