Considering we are paying customers, you would thing the non student staff would be helpful. Non student staff down talk the students like were dumb and refuse to answer any questions. Where are my books I ordered four weeks ago? "We will let you know when they arrive, quit asking." Main lady was verbally abusing a student because she did not understand the difference between conformation receipt vs regular receipt.  Oh, and they way she treats the student staff, yelling at him because he is new and making mistakes...rolling her eyes, shaking her head.  Ivy Tech management probably don't care.
