Got a great deal. Get a good deal with cash in hand. Fair straightforward and and he lets you check out the car without being on your back.

Shady Dealership only deals in cash do not waste your time the owner will not provide you with the necessary documents in order to obtain financing.   I wasted my time getting financing and at the end would not provide me with the documents the bank was requesting.   Vehicle are sold as is and no warranties are provided.  Something is definitely shady.
