From the moment I stepped into this place I loved it. I had done research on street bikes and narrowed to two or three. Do your own research on bikes, but if you want a Triumph (and you should), then Douglas is the place. No pressure. Friendly. Great prices. I hesitate to go on lest you think I'm a shill, but these guys are great and deserve your business.

Super helpful staff 
Shown many bikes , helmets and accessories .
Even got to turn a couple of the bikes over and listen to them purr .
If you are looking to purchase a triumph this is the place to go .

Respect, pride in workmanship, concern are all descriptive words that fit this business. It's clear the owner of this dealer has found a balance between quality of care and profit.  All businesses have to profit or close their doors but Douglas Motorcycles seems to put their customers first before profit.  If my mom was looking to purchase  or repair her motorcycle I would recommend her to Douglas Motorcycles.  Godspeed, Grumpy Grandpa

Douglas motorcycles has an awesome service department. They call you with updates if you are scatterbrained like me and don't stay on the ball, have reasonable prices, and competent, respectful and immediate service. I was almost late picking my bike up the other day and they kept everything ready to go even though when I finally clawed my way out of traffic and parked, it was literally four minutes before closing time. They also fixed an electrical issue on my bike that Chapparrel got wrong four times.
