If you are in the market to purchase jewelry especially any wedding related jewelry I would highly recommend visiting J. Brown Jewelers and working with Lynette. After the amazing, thorough, and detailed service I received in working with her I would never think to go anywhere else. Lynette helped me design the most stunning and beautiful wedding band to match my difficult beautiful custom made engagement ring. She was very thorough, answered all questions, responded very quickly to emails, she was very understanding and patient and never pushy. I have been buying jewelry at J Brown for many years, and have always been treated very well.  The sales staff has been great at helping me figure out what I really want.  The three sales associates I have worked with are Paige, Ivy, and Ashley.  They have all been great!
I also wanted to say thank you to Fred for always treating me fairly.  He has always done the right thing by me.
Just ordered a new ring for my wife.  Can't wait to see it when finished!!

Good shopping experience and good price, things turned bad after the purchase.  The design was faulty, and we had our 2c centerstone fall out 3 times in 3 years.  After the 3rd time, they said it wasn't being supported properly, and "they didn't know" it was a bad design at the time, but now they do.  So they offered to sell me a new ring/setting at their cost... sorry, I don't think it's right that I have to spend over $1,000 to fix what was their mistake in the first place.   I took the ring somewhere else and paid to have it fixed.

We had my engagement ring made here and it turned out more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. The jewelers and sales people were incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process. We will be customers here for life.
