The story starts with having a watch band sized. I had a couple watch bands sized before at other places and they some times charged fairly hefty prices for a few minutes work. At Radcliffe they took care of my wife's watch in minutes and didn't ask for a dime. When I was looking to get an engagement ring I thought this place knows how to take care of their customers and they don't try and nickle and dime you. I decided they would be my first stop and I didn't get past that one.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my wife's engagement ring at Radcliffe. Everyone there was very patient and very helpful in making sure I was completely satisfied in each step in the process of picking out a diamond and setting. Radcliffe custom made the setting and it was absolutely beautiful and exactly what I asked for. Don't be scared of the word custom. Their prices are often better than the prices of the outside companies they sell.

We recently went back to get our wedding bands and again had a wonderful experience. This is the place to go for all of your jewelry needs.

Went there to purchase Pandora jewelry. Great service. The salesperson helping me and my wife was very polite and knowledgeable. The store is also more convenient to get to traffic wise and in distance from my home. If i need anything else I am asking for Frances because she is great.

Shelly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for an inexperienced customer shopping for "the ring". She helped develop the right style and laid out all the steps for developing a custom ring. It made life a lot easier than just looking at a bunch of rings and hoping for the best. I am extremely happy with how it turned out and my experience with Radcliffe.

Radcliffe Jewelers was incredibly helpful and profession in helping me get an old 1920's watch repaired and back to working order. They kept me fully apprised on what was a year long process (due to finding new parts for replacement) and always consulted with me about the timeline and costs. Mandie in the repairs department of Radcliffe is a wonderful and straightforward person to work with. She is a thorough person and personally updated me at every interval of the timeline; from start to finish. I am very grateful to Radcliffe Jewelers to help me find a way to get my Grandfather's old hand wind watch running again, due to the complicated nature of the repair.

Radcliffe is by far the best jewelry store in the Baltimore area. Their selection of Swiss watches is unmatched. Quality of service is exceptional, which is incredibly hard to find these days, nonetheless in a jewelry store. Sales staff recognizes you by name when you walk in - they are incredibly attentive, patient, friendly, and most important they do not use "pressure" sales tactics! I highly recommend Radcliffe for anyone in the market for Swiss watches.
