First of all, I am very pleased with the results of the job performed by JC Marble and Granite. The customer service that I received from Joanna and JC was exceptional. Joanna was very helpful and patient in working with us to select the material for our job. Once we decided on the granite, JC did the measurement, cut the material and had the installation done all within 3 days. The quality of work and the attention to detail was excellent. The price was very competitive. 
If I have another opportunity for granite, you can bet I'll be calling Joanna and JC. I highly recommend this company.

I have tried to make a schedule with this company to make a hole out of the granite counter top. The lady who is responsible for scheduling was kind enough to arrange time for me.  However, the service man didn't call me at the day that they are supposed to call me to schedule for the service. So I called her and she said that they can't provide services because they are busy. I asked them to schedule for next two or three weeks, but she said she still can't. I think they are interested in new business but not maintaining or few services just like making 60$ for the services. I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends or colleagues.
