I made an appointment for 1:30pm and when I arrived was asked to wait. I was finally helped at 1:54pm and at that time was told at 2:00pm she had an appointment and would have to leave me. She began one nail and then walked away. NEVER have I had such poor service in the 27 years of getting my nails done. I am on vacation and have my elderly mother with me so this was not only highly rude and inconsiderate but also impossible for me to work around.

I love this place. Clean and everyone is friendly. Kelly does a great job on my nails every few weeks! I highly recommend going here!

I gave this place several chances. Each time I called ahead and was told to come at a designated time. Each time upon arrival, i was told it'll be jist 10 minutes. Each time I waited there between 30 and 45 minutes before walking out. Never again.

Horrible. I would never recommend them. My nails looked worse after I went there. The equipment looked gross and unsanitary and the workers were extremely rude and based off how horrible my fill was they have no idea what they're doing.
