I'm not looking for first class customer service from this store but a greeting would have been nice.

I needed some chinos for a holiday trip. I called ahead to JCrew in Williamsburg and reached a sales person named "Tamara." She let me know they had the items I wanted in stock. Upon arriving at the store and asking for her by name, I was directed to a section of the store she was minding. She was INCREDIBLY helpful and was very patient with me as I searched around, rather indecisively looking for items. All salespeople should be as personable and friendly as Tamara. Based on this experience, JCrew will always get my business.

If all J Crews looked like this, the brand wouldn't be letting their top designers go. Much nicer than the generic mall locations.

Nice staff, good selection, and not insanely busy like the Manhattan locations!

This is my favorite J.Crew store. The staff is always nice and helpful, the product selection is abundant and it's never super crowded like some of the other more popular locations.
