I had a bad experience dealing with one of their employees so I posted a bad review on their page, soon I see they've rallied other employees to comment on the review I posted calling me expletives. I then get notified that they've contacted my previous employer demanding my phone number, they found me on other social media platforms (twitter, linked in, probably more that I'm not aware of) and sent me messages on those saying "you better delete that review." Also sent me an email saying I was wrong and needed to delete the review. 
I don't know why and have no clue why this company will not stop bullying me, but I do not recommend their services at all. Unless you want to be bullied and don't expect to be treated with respect, this business is not a kind one.

I was impressed with their service.  The tech was thorough, friendly, very knowledgeable.  Whoever the Shekell owner is needs to keep this guy.  I am very happy and will use Shekell again if I can have this technician.   And FTR the tech or no one else is paying me to say this either.  ;)

J.E. Shekell has the best service and friendliest service people their is and I have had no trouble at all. Thanks and Great Job

Our AC went down after 5pm and by 10pm we were sleeping in an 85 degree house.  I called JE Shekell around 6am and they rearranged their schedule to get a guy here before 8am.  They fixed it in less than 20 minutes and it didn't cost an arm and a leg.  I highly recommend JE Shekell!!!  More importantly, they were friendly and customer driven service people.
