I am very satisfied!!! I called them early in the morning because our heater went out in 9° weather! Receptionist was honest and told me that they probably wouldn't get to us until late afternoon. I had mentioned to her that I am pregnant and with a 4 year old so I was going to call around to see who could get here sooner. She was VERY understanding and told me to call her to let her know if we found someone else. I called around but everyone had the same wait. She called back within the hour and said one of the techs finished early with a job and was on his way! We live out in the country. He came here, went to get a part came back and we're all fixed up and the heater is kicking! Very reasonably priced as well! We will for sure be calling them for our next HVAC needs!

Terrible company, would not recommend to anyone! I was having issues with some of the duct work after a job they did, and getting anyone out there to look at it was a nightmare. Customer service is terrible, they just say they will call you back and never do. The repairmen are also rude and will try to sell you things you don't need.  Had a second company take a look at their work, and they had cut out cardboard to block my air vents. Even cut them exactly to size. Stay away from this company. Would rate 0/5 if I could.
