I love coming to this pet shop. I am primarily a fish keeper but this shop never has a shortage of new and interesting animals to check out. Aside from the MASSIVE selection of tropical fish including salt water, there are many different types of reptiles- lizards, snakes and turtles, and you never know what else you may come across- birds, rabbits, ducks, chickens, puppies, hedgehogs, etc. always something new and different. He carries rats and crickets, too. There's also a huge selection of pet supplies for all of the types of animals they keep. The owner has a lifetime of experience and is always willing to educate or offer advice. I have been to other local pet shops and I can tell you there is something special about this place!

John came to my home in January 2016 and did a spectacular job of converting a former saltwater 110-gallon aquarium setup to a fresh-water goldfish environment.  He stocked it with different goldfish varieties and three algae-eaters … 13 fish in all.   The tank is so easy to maintain, and the fish are a delight to watch and just enjoy. 

This past January I had John come back to do an 'annual cleaning'.   He tore the whole tank down, cleaned the glass interior, siphoned all the rocks, then replaced and re-assembled everything for a shiny new beginning.  

To this day, I haven't lost a single fish!

I've been nothing but pleased with his service and expertise.  In fact, I recently purchased two dwarf rabbits from the store. 

I recommend J&F Aquatics & Exotics to anyone interested in becoming a pet owner.

Love J&F! They always have newness each week and the store is very well kept and organized. The owner, John, is always available to answer any questions and go out of his way to get anything you may need at great prices. Very satisfied customer!
