I decided to give J&J's a chance instead of making a decision based on  the reviews. Needless to say, the reviews were correct. The owner's attitude sucks, so how can you blame the employees. It's the example he has set for them. They sound like a bunch of uneducated po-hustling cowards.

This man that owns the business is the rudest redneck I've ever met. He tries to intemiadate a grown women and when a friend politely stands up for her the owner screams get off my property and calls the cops lmao then he wants to tack on 85 dollars an hour for staying after hours for me to pick up my car. It would be understandable if I hadn't called from 3 hours away on a Friday and was told don't worry no problem they would come back to the tow yard when I got there all I needed to do was call as I came into Summerville. The tow yard is full of broken glass boards and lots of stuff that will flatten tires then you have the fact that the mechanics came to me and said my battery was dead and they were not going to jump it for me. I tried to figure out why my battery was dead cause it was less than a year old. So I got in my car to look for registration and all my stuff was moved ( so we know they went through the car looking for what they could take) so I checked to see and the first time I turned the key my car started. The car was there for 6 days and the tow truck driver had to move 6 or 7 other cars just to get to mine he asked how long the car was there and when I replied 6 days he was amazed and said he had never seen a car that far back in the mix unless it had been there a few months. This is only a small amount of what the owner did and said to me I believe he tries to keep people's cars because he is a very shady sneaky person other than a little bit of money the only thing missing was my registration card and after paying 300 dollars the only thing he kept asking for was registration it was in a book in the glove box that is now empty so my car is still there and racking up more storage bills and I can't do anything till Monday takes a hell of a man to be that dirty and low but hell needs assholes like heaven needs angels I wonder if he knows my family and it's a big family is from his area lol no because he only seen that my residence was out of town what a rip off hope karma bites his ass off I bet he is divorced anyone that hateful should be alone till the day they pass on hell will be waiting

This place sucks ass the owner is nothing nut a lieing ass peice of crap who's afraid of his own shadow and just rips drive's off who's out of town and needs a tow if drivers can don't call j, j body shop he's a joke

Horrible customer service. I was put off for more than a week and told I would be called back and never was , I had to keep calling them for something they told me they were gonna do and never was, I had to cancel plans to wait for these people to call me back . all it would have took to satisfy me was doing what they said they would do . I did call them annoyed the last time and got hung up on. It's a shame that people care so little about how they treat people and there own business.
