The gentleman was super nice and helpful. It seems like a family run business who takes pride in their business and cares about their customers, even if it's a little washer like I needed. He even held he door open for me when I finished paying and was ready to leave. He also had a rockin' mustache! 🤙🏼

Tony is the go-to guy. He can go above and beyond to get what you need. They do not rent out ladders where as I needed one for a very short time. But tony understood my situation, brought the ladder in his own van and helped me out. The best part - He has done it for FREE!! Thank you so much for the help.

The old local, friendly hardware store is not dead. Pop into J&J for doodads and odds/ends. Stay for the expertise and customer service. It's a millionth of the size of the Depot or Lowe's, but you shouldn't have any problem getting an employee's attention, including the owner's. I can't tell you how often I've bounced a question about something around the house, and the owner and staff have a good suggestion, or product, or general solution to recommend and sometimes to sell. My wife buys all her plants from them, and we've picked up two bicycles and a bistro table set from them on whims as well.

Best little hardware store around, they know off the top of their heads what they have in stock and how close their part will fit. The young man who just helped me was top notch, went way above and beyond what it takes to make a $30 sale in this day and age. I stop here first every chance I get.
