I went in for parts for my Weedwhacker, I was greeted at the door asked what I needed. They provided me with the exact part as well as information and good advice on some other equipment I had. They took the time to explain how to replace the part that I purchased they also let me know if I had troubles to bring it in and they told me how much it would cost. Fast, friendly, I recommend it to anyone

Took my trimmers in for one minor issue, and thats when the fraud began.  Endless new diagnostics started the fun, and then the additional abuse started from the lady at the front of the store.  Tried to have a conversation with the owner but was verbally harassed by a young man who came from the back..  So, if you want to get abused and get your blood pressure up and humiliated allin one breadth, come on in for a visit.

Professional and they always fix my equipment right.  They never try to sell me anything I don’t need and they are always available for advice.

These people know what they're doing.  Purchased a Chain Saw, they didn't try to oversell us and set it up for us than walked us thru it use and registered the Chain Saw with Stihl.  Great Store and Great Service.  We'll be back to buy a good Weed Whacker.  Highly recommend them!!!
