Thank you so much!!  We had a wonderful trip!  I cannot brag enough on Johnny!  He got us to and from our destination in time and avoided all possible traffic!!  He was amazing!!  I am not from the area and was worries about using a car service I knew nothing about. I will recommend this company and driver to any and everyone who asks!! On Friday, December 8th we took a limo with J & J into NYC. We had a minor issue, which J & J quickly corrected in a calm, customer-friendly and timely manner. Our driver Hadi was the best!!! We had a magical day in the city and can't wait to use J & J again!

J&J was supposed to pick 16 people, myself included for a bachelorette evening to celebrate. The driver was over an hour late, the bus requested was not the bus that was supposed to show, and the AC didn't work. The "AC" that was on was blowing HOT hair and it was 80 degrees outside. We ended up sending the driver away. After we asked him to turn on the air, he said "It will kick in". When we asked why he was so late he said, "I am not even supposed to be working tonight". He had the personality of wet dish rag. Once we figured out driver's, we had a great night. My Matron of Honor worked super hard to put together a fun evening and it started out awful because of the crappy bus and the lack luster driver. My friend was also placed on hold several times. Their customer service was less than 1 star also. Get it together J&J.

We used J & J Transportation on December 9th, 2017 to attend a surprise family function in Hoboken, NJ, leaving from Pen Argyl, PA.  There were 10 of us and our driver, HADI, was excellent.  He contacted me the night before we left, to let me know that he was going to arrive a few minutes early since weather was a factor and he wanted to be sure that we arrived to our destination by the specified time.  Using J & J was  worth every penny since parking around the restaurant was very limited and it was nice being able to spend time with my cousins instead of driving in separate cars.  On the way home, there were several accidents due to declining weather conditions -- Route 33 was closed and there were also accidents on the detour path.  HADI is an excellent driver and got us all home safely. Will definitely be using J & J again.

Overpriced and not very clear about their policies. I asked for the cost of transport to and from the airport and was quoted only half the price. Also the vehicle was not comfortable because of the noise level of the cheap tires. However the driver was polite and professional.
