I took the ride from bethlehem to allentown  , the driver using the gps in his phone my adress to destination and he keep asking me where i want to go   that is a pointless of using gps and even when i getoff the cat he didnt show how much the charge he just asked me $31 by thinking of its own mind ( highway robbery ) i guess management doesnt know how the cab drivers make more money at nighttime by cheating the customers and getting the bad name for company they need to figure it out ..for passengers my suggestion is best to avoid old school taxis and get uber service for best and cheap prices .

Horrible service. Very unprofessional I had to call again for reminder and dispatcher started yelling at me. I will never recommend this to nobody

Used the service to transport elderly person in wheel chair van. Horrible service, dangerous, unsafe driver and highly unprofessional! Then they wanted me to call them and Don (?) Accused us for not paying a bill a week earlier. Lied said we used the service weeks and months earlier and have not paid. Also lied stating bills were sent to house. Finally they are trying to over charge. Stay away from the wheel chair transport. Stay away period!
