We like the camper but the service/backing the product was horrible.  A couple of smaller things broke and they said that they would take care of it. They were going to mail them to us. After sometime I called because we had not received the items, I got the run around with excuses.  I was told again that they would get the items sent, well...still waiting a few months later. I contacted them again and they said that the needed to order one of the items and one of the items was in. I was told previously the same thing. Run around, run around. I do not recommend.
