Great new updates.  Safer and better roads.  Maintenance and Management are superb.  Neighborhood seems to be safe and well kept, after new management took over.  Office staff is friendly, kind, and willing to help.  Highly recommend.

So this supposedly “wonderful place to live” (quoting the staff) is not inhabited by ANY of the staff. 

I can deal with the idea they are fixing things and there are growing pains. What I really do NOT appreciate is the difficulty in contacting management. Rent is due on the first. There is no grace period at all. You’re late it’s $50 day even if the office is CLOSED during the posted business hours. 

Call them during business hours they email you back hours later. We called at 10:30am they email back at 8:30pm. After they had left the office for the day. 

Not impressed.

Edit: I called them right before I left this review, 6:30am. They called back at 9am. Supposedly the office hours don’t actually exist they are more of a goal. Also they clarified there is a grace period of rent in by the 5th. Still getting a “covering my butt” vibe though so take it how you will.

Amazing place to live. Many great improvements including the roads.   Community is fantastic and there are so many down to earth people.  I couldn't ask for better neighbors.

This place is a HORRIBLE place to live!! The new management is awful and claims to make it a better place to live but all they’ve done is make my life terrible. I really feel like they’re trying to drive me and my family out. I can’t wait to move out of this hell hole!
