There is no better place to buy  boots in Chico.  This place is a shining example of what customer service  should be.  J&M 100% stands by the products they sell and actually knows a thing or two about footwear,  something you will not find at Boot Barn or other chain stores.  If I could give J&M a million stars I would.  It's sad there are not more shops like this place, real people willing to help and assist you in making an informed purchase... Thank You J&M!

Great place for shoe,  boot handbag and backpack repair.  I taken several in over the past 20+ years and always pleased.

Jennifer fixed up a pair of dress shoes for my first day of teaching at CSU, Chico. Reasonable fee. Looked great when I picked them up. And she even remembered to wish me luck on my first day of school. How's that for service? Reason why I love patronizing local businesses.

This guy knows his stuff. Great little shop that specializes in both budget and higher-end work boots. You really do get what you pay for here. Bought two pairs of boots here in the last 5 years (Carolina and Wesco), had the Carolinas fixed once, and keep buying my boot care supplies here. I'd recommend this guy over anyone else in the area if you're looking for some good boots and trying to support a local business.
