The mechanics do very good work, I've never had a problem with the work they've done.  But the last 2 times I went there I was overcharged several hundred dollars. I called him out on it, and he hemmed and hawed. JP actually called me back the next day, explaining to me that after he looked at my invoice again, he called the parts place and found out they overcharged him, and gave me $100 back on a part he overcharged me about $250 for.  At best, the wife is cheating customers without his knowledge.  At worst, he's complicit in it.  Either way, it's unbecoming of a shop that says they are "Christian's" on the sign. 5 stars for the actual garage work, 1 star for the owner AND his wife, only because he can smile and talk real nice while he/they are inyour pocket stealing your money

I've been going to JP's for routine maintenance for a year now, and not once have I ever felt cheated or in any way displeased with the work done. Great Mechanics, Great Shop!

Honest and fair people in auto care are hard to come by, but you won’t regret going to JPs.

Honest, thorough and timely.  They will go out of their way to help.  I was nearly ripped off by a competitor who wanted to charge me four times what John at JP charged.
