As a real estate industry professional with exposure to over 25,000 residential clsoings in my career I was a bit skeptical when my company told me I needed to enlist the services of a broker to handle my relocation.  As my transaction progressed it became increasingly complex and Brandon Anderson and Edward Ruddell proved the value in having an expert on your side.  Through a lot of hard work and a great approach to building and maintaining relationships they delivered on their promise of a worry free experience!

BEYOND RUDE!!!! Similar to Rebecca below. I was told well when you get the money call me and he hung up in my face. He told me he thought I was uneducated and said if he's so rude then dont rent from him.  I am highly, highly offended.  When I called back he took the phone from the assistant and said "is the lady I just spoke too?". I said and if I wasn't should you really be answering the phone like that.  He mentined he's not a realtor so he doesnt have to deal with it he told me I need help and hung up in my face again. God Bless him

EXTREAMLY RUDE! I do not suggest doing business with them! I called the other day to inquire about a house but was quite angered by the way I was treated. All I did was ask if there was any way for someone to come let me look at the property and the man started being rude to me. acting like becuse the place I had stayed at prior was $200 less a month then this place was that I couldnt pay the $1000 payment. He literally stated that because i was paying $720 atn my other residence that he didnt think i would be willing to pay what they wanted, as if he knew me.  I stated calmly that I had made payments ontime at a residence where the rent was $1300at a previouse residence and then he rudly said "well when you get the $1000 available call me back" and then hung up on me. I would not do business with this company at all because of this rude treatment.
