Cannot say enough, Wendy is sharp, personable, and knows her stuff. Got us the highest price in our neighborhood (Walker's Ridge in Marietta) to date. Broke the mold. She told us what we needed to do, we did the hard work and she and her team handled the rest. Ever wonder why realtors get that fee? Watch Wendy work. Always responsive, cared about our feeling in the whole process, made moving, which is never fun, as smooth as it could be. House was on the market three days, and we got a full price offer with two back ups. She knows the market, the players and will get to know you to serve you best.

I wish I could give Cathy Meder of RE/MAX PURE 10 stars!

My wife and I became home owners a year and a half ago. We cannot recommend Cathy Meder highly enough. Buying a home to live in is an extremely complex and personal decision. Cathy Meder walked us through this whole process and helped us find a beautiful home in a fabulous location. Her faith is inspiring, her work ethic is second to none, and her market savvy is fantastic. In an extremely competitive market, she was willing to do whatever it took to find the perfect house for our family. She showed us houses on short notice, late at night, and on weekends, never wanting to miss the right house for us. She even rescheduled an appointment with her doctor so she could show us a house. She is diligent, knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. 

When we found the right house, the owner received several offers within hours of hitting the market (even one better than our offer). Cathy immediately went to bat for us to help make it happen. We can say without reservation, she will do her very best to help you find the home that’s right for you and is a wise investment. 

On multiple occasions during the home search, my wife and I said to each other that we were so glad to have Cathy as our realtor. We are so grateful for her!

Wendy and her staff were all very professional and knowledgeable with just the right amount of charm thrown in. This was my first time selling a house and her tips and suggestions were winners. I was pleased with the entire process and will use them the next time I need an agent.

Wendy Bunch and her team are AMAZING! We originally listed our condo with another realtor and, after the 90 day contract was over, we switched to The Wendy Bunch team. Wendy hired an awesome photographer. Within FOUR DAYS of it being re-listed, we received 3 offers and a cash offer. Wendy and her team were professional and responsive throughout the whole process. We couldn't be happier and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for a seamless selling or buying experience. **Thank you Wendy & Breanna!!!**
