My fiancé and I have only good things to say about the J.R. Dunn Jeweler family. We came in with an issue regarding the setting of a stone and were met with a few unexpected complications. Paul, their very attentive manager, gave us helpful options to work with. The J.R. family made magic happen and in less than an hour we're leaving with our engagement ring in the best shape yet. A big thank you to both Sean and Paul for their incredible hospitality and accommodation! J.R. Dunn makes magic happen for their customers!

Paige is the best.  She knows our taste and understands our budget.  She never fails to help us find the right piece.  Even though we don't buy the extremely high end items, she treats as highly valued customers.  J.R. Dunn has a beautiful selection and outstanding service.  We just purchased a pearl necklace and some beautiful gold hoop earrings.

Absolute perfection!
Paige was amazing to work with in picking out the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. She was able to work with my budget, and help me pick out the most beautiful diamond. They may not have the cheapest prices in town but they have the BEST customer service and I value that more than saving a few dollars. For example I looked at a big jewelry store in Miami’s historic Seybold building and although they were giving me what seemed like a great deal on a ring, it felt like I was on a used car lot where they would do anything to get me out the door with my money in their pockets. At J.R. Dunn, the employees are very patient and more than happy to work with you. They were super helpful and took their time to explain everything for those that don’t know much about diamond ring shopping. I can’t wait to come back to look at wedding bands!

I am so in love with my new engagement ring! Shout out to Christina Grace for helping me thru every step of the way! I walked into the store to just browse. I walked out with a ring and my fiance walked out with his first watch (Rolex)! The hour and a half drive was well worth it. I met the owners and they are so down to earth. Everyone that worked there were very helpful and they offer you beverages, and cookies. If you want a good laugh Michelle is your girl, we  hit it off instantly probably because she's a Jersey girl lol. They are officially my new jewelry shop!
