After a very bad experience with COMSTOCK I reached out this company. They just don't lie, they will take your money for nothing.  The owner himself and a young man came to analyze the issue. They charged a trip charge, and an evaluation charge cost me $200 for nothing. The man didn't even touch the pipes. He told me that the septic will filled. Thought the tank was emptied 2 1/2 years ago I had the septic people out again. Thought the tank was not full they still went in can cleaned out whatever needed cleaning. That cost another $400. When I called back the AJ plumber and told them that the tank was not filled and that he will need to come out again. He told me he couldn't he was booked up. I also asked him to check my thermostat that my water wasn't getting hot. He told me nothing was wrong. I finally called Powell's and they came and snaked out the toilet and changed the two heating element that was burnt out and corroded. They show we exactly what they did and it cost me $275. Clearly, JR Plumbing did not know what they were doing. I will never use or recommend JR plumbing. One more thing, the wife (sherry) is the one who works the phone and she is very rude and lie through her teeth.

I called at 9:00 and my problem was fixed before noon the same day.  They were very professional and did a great job.  I would highly recommend this plumber!!

I scheduled for someone from JR's plumbing to come and fix a pretty easy problem. They were scheduled to come to my house on a Friday. They never showed up. My wife called and was put on hold then was disconnected. She called back and when the phone picked up it was hung back up. My wife tried to call back and never got an answer so she left a message. I then called and left a message asking if anyone was going to come out. We never got a response.  I called the following Tuesday (from my work phone because I had suspected they were using caller id to avoid us for some reason) and immediately got through. I spoke with the woman answering and she said that there was a temp working there last week and that they were having problems with their phone and that everything went to her voice mail (which still dosn't explain why our calls weren't returned) and that she would call me back in 10 minutes to reschedule. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't heard from anyone. She said there was a temp working the prior week, she has a very distinctive voice and we know that it was her my wife spoke to last week.
We have never dealt with these people previously nor do we know these people and we have no idea why we are being avoided. I guess they don't need business that bad?
Please think twice before calling them for any kind of service.
