Used Powell's twice now and they are AWESOME!!! Always get here quickly, really great,  professional techs, and resolved a backed up water main line. Found out on the 2nd time, after backing up again within a month, that the pipes hadn't be sized correctly and we had roots in our pipes causing the back up!! Will always use Powells and highly recommend!!!

April 2013.  I needed my septic tank pumped out and I was told not to use Powell's, but unfortunately I didn't listen.  It was truly the worst experience of my life.  They came out and the worker broke the lid to my tank and dropped it in the tank.  Of course it was my fault according to Powell's and it was quoted that is was going to cost me 350 dollars for a new cap.  I called the owner personally and was cursed out by him and hung up on.  I am not kidding at all.  I could not believe how rude and unprofessional the owner was on the phone.  I ended up with a dirt pile in my back yard with some boards over it for several weeks because of their mistake.  DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.  I even told the individual that I made the appointment with about the bad review and negatives I had heard.  They assured me that they were a great company with great customer service.  DON"T EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.  BEWARE.  To be cursed at on the phone by the owner or associate and hung up on, how professional is that?  Don't say you weren't warned.

I was having trouble with septic system, wet patch in yard They came dug up my junction box and checked my pipes they were ok they told me I needed speed levelers and my tank drained although I just had my tank pumped the month before that visit cost me $470.00 they called me and quoted a price for the work to be done for 415.00 when they came and after they pumped my tank they told me they couldn't do the speed levelers and needed a bunch more work done to the tune of $2500. I was mad because I wouldn't have had the tanked pumped a second time if I had known this they still charged me 280.00 to pump my tank. I feel they should have told me the real problem the first visit and should have given my money back for the pumping that wasn,t needed ..I'll go somewhere else to have the rest of the work done
