Brittany Whatley (a stylist that rents a booth from this salon) offered me 50% off any color and I took her up on the deal because that doesn't come by easy! I also thought this would be a nice way to treat myself after working my butt off, and I haven't had anything done to my hair in over two years, nor have a gotten it done professionally. I sent her a picture of what i wanted and she agreed that she could get the icy blonde/ombre style i was looking for. I also told her I wanted to get some layers, and that I wanted to keep my length! She agreed to everything I asked of her. I get to the salon and the first thing she did was cut my hair. She pulled it back and down, and then cut off 4in of my hair straight across. No layers or anything. Then goes straight to bleaching my hair, starting from the bottom to the top. The end result of the coloring process was several different tones of blonde, like orange, copper, light brown, icy blonde highlights when I wanted an ombre. I asserted myself and told her it wasn't what I expected, and she went on to tell me that the blonde that I wanted would be a process, and she failed to communicate that with me before when we talked about what I wanted. She told me that I would have to pay her again, to get what was originally agreed to. She refused to fix it, without charge. I asked for a refund because I will have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. She refused. She fails to communicate, and doesn't care about her clients. She was deceitful and I dont trust her to touch my hair again. Its a terrible cut and color. I cant believe i paid 75 dollars for this. I don't recommend going to her. She will ruin your hair. If I could upload a picture of what it was supposed to be and what it is now I would!

I've been going here for a few years now, and I'm so pleased that I've come here for this long. Jimmy is an amazing stylist.
